Jakarta, 7th May _ 9th May 2015, Zamil Steel Vietnam participated in The Big5 Construct Indonesia held at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran.

Big5 Construct Indonesia is co-hosted by DMG Events- the largest building and construction exhibition in the Middle East, together with PT. Infrastructure Asia _ a Tarsus Group Company as a local expert of organizing infrastructure and construction events in Indonesia. The event serves as the strategic gateway for local and global brands to gain deeper insights about business opportunities offered by the Indonesian construction market.

The opening ceremony saw the presence of Ir. Yusid Toyib, M.Eng. Sc, Directorate General of Construction Development, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Republic of Indonesia. “Indonesia’s construction sector plays an important role in the country’s economy as it provides the physical foundation of infrastructure development in Indonesiaƒ.With the construction sector reaching 67 percent of the ASEAN market, Indonesia will increasingly be the point of interest of the regional and international markets” _ said Ir. Yusid Toyib.

The Big5 Construct Indonesia has brought together over 200 companies and feature brands from more than 20 countries including Germany, France, Japan, China, etc. showcasing the latest ranges of products, solutions and technologies with various application for the construction industry in Indonesia.

Zamil Steel Vietnam participated in this event with a 9 sqm. Booth, designed creatively with good visuals and posters of highlighted projects displayed on the walls. The booth was strategically located near the entrance and cafeteria with lots of opening spaces, giving opportunities to gain more attention from visitors. ZSV’s  Area Manager of Indonesia and ZSV’s Export Manager  were present at the booth to answer visitors’ enquiries regarding pre-engineered buildings advantage comparing to conventional buildings, as well as giving introduction about Zamil Steel’s products and services. Product and company introduction brochures were also distributed freely during the whole events.

The 3-day event ended with lots of visitors coming to Zamil Steel’s booth, out of whom many have expressed their expectation to have further discussion with Zamil Steel ‘s team afterwards. ZSV’s Management expected this event to be a considerable step in our strategy to increase brand awareness in the Indonesia construction market.
