Hanoi, 24 January 2010, Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam (ZSV) was one again selected as one of 80 most prominent Foreign Invested Enterprises to be awarded the Golden Dragon Award 2009, in category of “Best Product”.

Former Prime Minister of Vietnam, H.E Nguyen Manh Cam and Former Vice President of Vietnam, H.E Truong My Hoa have delivered the Award to the winners.

Pre-engineered steel building has been introduced to Vietnam by ZSV in 1993 and got its trademark registered since 2005. The product has won many prestigious awards by the Vietnam Authorities, including Gold Medal for the best product by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam in 2003; the Golden Award for prestigious product by Laos National Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2005; Competitive Trade Mark by Vietnam Intellectual Property Association in 2006, 2007 and 2008; Gold Medal for the Best product by Ministry of Trade in 2006, 2007.

This marked the 7 consecutive years Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam won this Award, which is a result of the final selection meeting of the Judiciary Council with representation from Vietnam Ministry of Planning & Investment, Vietnam Ministry of Industry & Trade, the Vietnam Union of Science & Technology Associations, the Vietnam Economic Association and Vietnam Economic Times. The Award aimed at recognizing and honoring the success of foreign invested enterprises (FIEs) in Vietnam and their contribution to the economy.
