Job title: Sales Manager – Hanoi Office

Core responsibilities:

Sales/ Marketing Activities:

  • Develop a client base and achieve the sales target
  • Generate leads and enquiries
  • Conduct sales visits, marketing calls, and marketing presentations
  • Maintain a relationship with the consultant and the investment& planning Dept of the territories

Follow-up activities (before sales):

  • Follow up with sales enquiries: Prepare estimate, quotation & proposal, information for bidding
  • Contract negotiations (price and terms)
  • Project Schedule planning and forecast (with Project Engineer)
  • Package subcontract works if necessary

Follow-up activities (after-sales):

  • Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with the client)
  • Prepare and coordinate a customer visit
  • Monitor change orders and variations / make contract addendums and price variations accordingly.

Job requirements:

  • University graduation in the field of Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales of Construction or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and computer skills
  • Good English communication

Working location:

The successful candidate will work at ZSV’s representative office, addressed at 14th floor, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam
