Swain is a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT-BHU India, and also holds a Postgraduate diploma in Industrial Engineering.Swain has been engaged with Zamil Industrial since 2000 in multiple roles as consultant and employee primarily focused on Business performance Improvement. He has 38 years of experience in Business Consulting and project Implementation in various steel Fabrication Industries covering PEB, Structural Steel, Process Equipment, and Building Components. Swain Joined Zamil Steel Building Company, Vietnam in 2023 as a Consultant and later performed the role of Head of Planning & Performance and General Director.

Sreekanth Yernagula

Sreekanth Yernagula has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an International Professional Certification in Welding (AWS 5.2.2018), and an Executive MBA in Operations Management and Production from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global, India. He initially worked as a factory manager at Zamil Steel Holding Company and various industry-leading companies. He is an experienced manufacturer at Zamil Steel Vietnam, with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry in Vietnam and the Middle East.

Graduated from the National Economics University (NEU) in 2003, major in Accounting & Finance, with another degree in Linguistics from the Hanoi University, Phuong started his career as junior analyst for A&C Company, a sub division of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam before joining Ernst & Young Vietnam (EY Vietnam) in 2005, where he spent 9 years as a Senior Auditor & Advisory Manager.

His new journey with Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam started since July 2014 at Finance Manager Position before appointed as the Head of Finance with responsibility to handle Planning/budgeting, Treasury, Reporting and Taxation functions for Zamil Steel Vietnam.

He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA - UK) and Public accountant of Vietnam (CPA Vietnam).

Mr. Le Trung Nghia obtained his BEng of Civil Engineering from the National University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi, Vietnam in 1996 & another BA in Investment Economics from the National Economics University, Hanoi, Vietnam in 2001.

Since his graduation, Nghia worked for a Consultancy & Design firm, which is a member of Vietnam’s Industrial Construction Corporation. Nghia then joined Zamil Steel Vietnam in the year 2000, Nghia has held some key positions in the Engineering Department where his latest position was Engineering Supervisor at Zamil Steel Vietnam’s head office.

Becoming the Engineering Manager of Zamil Steel Vietnam in 2011, Nghia provides his full guidance to achieve the goals and objectives of the Engineering Department. In this sense, he is in charge of all activities related to ZSV’s Engineering Department in head office & HCMC office and directly accountable to General Director.

Sumit Bathla

Sumit Bathla is the General Manager – Internal Audit, Risk Management & Compliance at Zamil Steel Vietnam and Zamil Steel India, with over 21 years of experience across India and the Middle East. He brings strong expertise in Internal Audit, Risk Assurance, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Financial Controls, and Operational Audits, with experience across Manufacturing, Construction, Solar Energy, Telecommunications, BPO/KPO, and IT sectors.

In his current role, Sumit leads internal audit initiatives focused on strengthening internal controls, identifying and mitigating business risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency. His expertise includes SOX, forensic audits, fraud risk management, internal control frameworks, SOP development, and special investigations, enabling organizations to enhance governance, accountability, and sustainable business performance.

Thanh is a senior business leader with over 18 years of experience spanning construction project management, business development, and sales in the steel construction industry. He is a Civil Engineer and graduated with an excellent degree from the University of Marta Abreu in Las Villas, Cuba, and Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. He also holds an MBA from Southern Columbia University and a PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Before assuming his current role, Thanh led the Order Management team at Zamil Steel Vietnam, driving project execution and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects were successfully delivered. In 2026, he was appointed Director, Sales at Zamil Steel Vietnam, where he is in charge of overall sales and business development for Zamil Steel Vietnam, covering both domestic and international markets. He leads sales strategy, business development, and customer engagement across Vietnam and international markets, including Southeast Asia, the Americas including the United States and Canada, Europe, Australia, and other international markets, with a focus on expanding market presence, developing strategic customer and partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
