    Mr. Swain Ajaya Kumar
    General Director

    Swain is a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT-BHU India, and also holds a Postgraduate diploma in Industrial Engineering.Swain has been engaged with Zamil Industrial since 2000 in multiple roles as consultant and employee primarily focused on Business performance Improvement. He has 38 years of experience in Business Consulting and project Implementation in various steel Fabrication Industries covering PEB, Structural Steel, Process Equipment, and Building Components. Swain Joined Zamil Steel Building Company, Vietnam in 2023 as a Consultant and later performed the role of Head of Planning & Performance and General Director.

    Sreekanth Yernagula
    Operation Manager

    Sreekanth Yernagula has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an International Professional Certification in Welding (AWS 5.2.2018), and an Executive MBA in Operations Management and Production from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global, India. He initially worked as a factory manager at Zamil Steel Holding Company and various industry-leading companies. He is an experienced manufacturer at Zamil Steel Vietnam, with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry in Vietnam and the Middle East.

    Rajasekaran K. P./ Head of QA/QC

    Rajasekaran brings with him nearly 30 years of solid industry experience in the field, being a Certified Welding Inspector (AWS), NACE CIP Level I & II, and NDT (RT, UT, MT, & PT Level III).

    Appointed as Head of QA/QC for Zamil Steel Vietnam since 2021, his responsibility is to lead the dedicated team at Zamil Steel Vietnam to ensure consistently high-quality works across all projects

    Truong Duc Phuong / Head of Finance

    Graduated from the National Economics University (NEU) in 2003, major in Accounting & Finance, with another degree in Linguistics from the Hanoi University, Phuong started his career as junior analyst for A&C Company, a sub division of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam before joining Ernst & Young Vietnam (EY Vietnam) in 2005, where he spent 9 years as a Senior Auditor & Advisory Manager.

    His new journey with Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam started since July 2014 at Finance Manager Position before appointed as the Head of Finance with responsibility to handle Planning/budgeting, Treasury, Reporting and Taxation functions for Zamil Steel Vietnam.

    He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA - UK) and Public accountant of Vietnam (CPA Vietnam).

    Le Trung Nghia / Head of Engineering

    Mr. Le Trung Nghia obtained his BEng of Civil Engineering from the National University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi, Vietnam in 1996 & another BA in Investment Economics from the National Economics University, Hanoi, Vietnam in 2001.

    Since his graduation, Nghia worked for a Consultancy & Design firm, which is a member of Vietnam’s Industrial Construction Corporation. Nghia then joined Zamil Steel Vietnam in the year 2000, Nghia has held some key positions in the Engineering Department where his latest position was Engineering Supervisor at Zamil Steel Vietnam’s head office.

    Becoming the Engineering Manager of Zamil Steel Vietnam in 2011, Nghia provides his full guidance to achieve the goals and objectives of the Engineering Department. In this sense, he is in charge of all activities related to ZSV’s Engineering Department in head office & HCMC office and directly accountable to General Director.

    Truong Khoi Nguyen Director, Sales

    Truong Khoi Nguyen joined Vinaconex Corporation as a project manager after graduating from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He developed a keen interest in the steel structure business in his early roles. He joined Zamil Steel in 1996 as Area Sales Manager. He became a key contributor to the growth of the business, bringing on board many of Zamil Steel Vietnam’s most prestigious customers. With his extensive work experience, he was appointed Director of Sales in 2023 to lead and provide strategic guidance to the sales network in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

    Phan Dai Nhan / Construction Manager

    Graduated from National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE, Hanoi) in 2004, majoring in civil & industry engineering, Dai Nhan joined Zamil Steel Vietnam in 2009 as an Order Management Engineer before appointed as Order Management Supervisor in 2013 and promoted to Project Management Superintendent in 2016. Starting from 2019, he handles position of Construction Manager of Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam with his main tasks to supervise the construction progress of all projects installed by Zamil Steel Vietnam.

    Dao Duc Thanh /Head of Order Magement Dept

    Graduated with excellent GPA from University “Marta Abreu” of Las Villas – Cuba and Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Dao Duc Thanh also has PMP ® Certification from the American Projec Management Institute.

    With more than 10 years experience in construction project management, he has been leading the Order Management team at Zamil Steel Vietnam to ensure projects are executed in compliance with the contracted scope, schedule and budget.

    Nguyen Thi Thu Van / HR & Admin Manager

    With 2 Bachelors in Economics & Foreign Language and another Master Degree in HR Development, Thu Van has handled key positions in various multinational organizations including Sumitomo Vietnam, Crystal Martin, Panasonic, etc.. prior to joining Zamil Steel Vietnam in 2019 as HR & Admin Manager.

    With excellent leadership skill and experience in cross cultural management, Van ensure the strategic direction and smooth operations of Administration including General Affair, Human Resources Management, Procurement, and ICT services.
