Core responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Sales\/ Marketing Activities
\n– Develop client base and archive Sale target
\n– Generate leads and enquiries
\n– Conduct sales visits, marketing calls and marketing presentations
\n– Maintain relationship with consultant and investment& planning Dept of territories
\n– Developing Builders and Distributors in existing territories
\n\u2022 Follow Up activities (before sales)
\n– Follow up with sales enquiries: Prepare estimate, quotation & proposal, information for bidding
\n– Contract negotiations (price and terms)
\n– Project Schedule planning and forecast (with Project Engineer)
\n– Package subcontract works if necessary
\n\u2022 Follow Up activities (after sales)
\n– Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client)
\n– Prepare and coordinate customer visit
\n– Monitor change orders and variations \/ make contract addendums and price variation accordingly.<\/p>\n

Job requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 University graduation in the field of Civil\/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
\n\u2022 At least 1 years of experience in Sales of Construction or equivalent
\n\u2022 Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad and computer skills
\n\u2022 Good English communication<\/p>\n

Working location:<\/strong>
\nSuccessful candidate will work at ZSV\u2019s representative office, addressed at Unit 706, 7th floor Antel 2000
\nCorporate Center, 121 Valero Street, Salcedo Village Makati City, Manila, PHILIPPINES.<\/p>\n
